Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email [email protected]. After we verify your request, we delete your account data manually; this is typically completed within 30 days.

Disconnecting Instagram or removing an account from your plan stops future syncing but does not automatically delete data we have already stored (including media, thumbnails, captions, metrics, and AI-generated outputs). To delete Instagram-related data without closing your entire account, contact support with the account you want removed.

We may retain your email address only for the following limited purposes:

• Prevent multiple free trials
• Maintain transaction refund records
• Prevent fraud
