Richard,
It is not a new rule, your getting by with it last year was just
an oversight. You definitely do need to have separate individual
mounting points for each shoulder and lap belt.

belt .
. . . ." I am interpreting this to mean that the shoulder belts that
are
anchored behind the driver must have 1 bolt per strap. i.e. both straps
can
not be fastened to one bolt.
This must be new as I raced my Red Devil last year with the shoulder
straps
fastened to one bolt on a bracket welded to the main roll hoop.
If I understand this section correctly, I must now weld a second (or
third)
bolt to the bracket, one for each shoulder strap.
Input please !
