[F500] Fast Track and Kawasaki eligibility

   I noticed in the latest Fast Track the changes on the
   engine issue. What does bring some concern is the
   lack of the Kawasaki 440 being listed. Does this mean
   the Kaw. is no longer eligible for competition.

   I know we may not be on the top of the competition
   curve, but there are still quite a few of us less than
   high budget operations out here.

   Any input or clarification out there?
