[F500] Seat Belt Rules

Looking at  the 2004 GCR Section 20.7  "Each seat (lap) and shoulder belt .
. . . ."  I am interpreting this to mean that the shoulder belts that are
anchored behind the driver must have 1 bolt per strap. i.e. both straps can
not be fastened to one bolt.

This must be new as I raced my Red Devil last year with the shoulder straps
fastened to one bolt on a bracket welded to the main roll hoop.

If I understand this section correctly, I must now weld a second (or third)
bolt to the bracket, one for each shoulder strap.
