[F500] Secondary clutch keyway

Jared,
  1. A little side-to-side movement of the secondary is proper. It 
should be approx 1/8th inch.
  2. The slop you describe that allows that axle to turn before the 
secondary is not good. I'd suggest you take the clutch off the jackshaft 
and inspect the keyway in the jackshaft and the clutch. Also inspect the 
key itself. You do not want any play in the fit of the key in either 
keyway. Look for wear and replace whatever part(s) are no longer square 
and tight.  If you are sure these all look good, check out your bearings 
and/or bearing carriers on the jackshaft.
