[F500] what brake pad compounds?

That actually sounds encouraging, since the brakes were on under full
throttle (snicker). Did you notice any fade while using these pads?
Looks like you're using the small rotors all around too. Do you have
   one or two rear brakes?
   Thanks

I've been using the 15B-3990K for about a year now and always felt they
might be an excellent choice for solo applications as they seemed to
heat up quickly. However, I'm the idiot that had the bias cable fouling
on the gas pedal!

Only problem I've had is that approx. 1/4" chunks tend to crumble from
the hub edge of the pad. Don't know if the fact the brakes were nearly
always on had anything to do with this. Anybody else experience this?
I do believe the above number corresponds closely to the old "B".

I thought that Wilwood changed thier pad designations about a year ago

and expanded their offerings to many more compounds than just the good
old "B" for asphalt and "D" for dirt. Is this incorrect? Does anyone
know if there is a new name for the equivalent of the old "B" compound,
or is it still just called "B"?

Thanks, Cory

Cory,

Check this out, looks like they've got about a million
compounds now...
