[F500] Reprogrammed Ignition Boxes?

Not "reprogrammed".... deprogrammed. Or more specifically the anti-theft
device disabled. This can only be done at the factory. As I understand
it there are only two machines in the world, one in Canada and one in
Austria, which can disable the anti-theft circuit.
