Jim - Jay's response to your chain question is correct.  I have chosen a 
different direction.  I have purchased my axle sprockets from Socket Specialties 
but my jackshaft sprockets I get from any of the industrial drive suppliers.  
Those sprockets are designed for #50 roller chain which has the same centering 
or spacing of the teeth as the 520 and 530.  To use them with the 520 I would 
have to cut down their width.  With the 530 no machining.  The added benefit 
(if it really is) is that there is slop (side to side) on the rear sprocket.  
Some of the moto-Xers I know prefer this.  They say it helps keep debris from 
causing problems at the rear sprocket.  Overkill...   true, but I've been 
pleased with my results.
