[F500] Mailing List Software Updated

I've just updated to software on f500.org that drives the F500 mailing
list. Nothing earth shattering, just some improvements in the anti-spam
and anti-virus logic that will make my life a little easier. 

You shouldn't notice any changes... but if you do see anything that
doesn't appear to be working right, please let me know!!!
