[F500] Some mod entries at tour

Sheldon,

Entry is limited to 300 and it will probably be filled.

I'll probably be there, I've registered.

Here are a few of the other entries I'm pretty sure about in the mod classes.

with us in F-mod......
Charlie Cave and Mike Billings will be there running Cave's Solo Vee
Interesting car in that it has a suspension that allows the frame
 to pivot against the bottom of the beam assy up front.
The trailing arms operate independently of that.

A well-tuned solo Solo-Vee will already out accelerate most f500 from a
standing start.
Billings was consistently at 1.6s 60 foot times compared to my best of 1.8s
with Kaw440 at the Pro Solo's.
He did not achieve those times until he finally got the jetting
 really right and worked with Koni on custom damping.
That was his car, not Cave's.
Rumor is that Solo-vees make from 95 to 120 HP .
They weigh in at 1000 with driver. (100 pounds less than FF1600)


Vee 1600 motors to these rules are much cheaper even professionally done than
a road race 1200.
Maybe SCCA should make Solo-Vee 1600 a road race class?

C-Mod:
There will be  at least  5 FF1600's.

D-mod: Curry's S2000 powered Spitfire

'E-mod:
325 HP 2-rotor bugeye sprite from Phoenix
425 HP 3-rotor bugeye from TX.
425 HP Healy 8 from CA
2 guys from Phoenix in  Supercharged Miata
