Fo the last couple of years, they have all been combined into one bound book; 
the GCR contains all of the supplements, and this (rather thick) book also 
comes with a CD with the entire thing in .pdf format.

[Up until around 2000 or so, the GCR and supplements came separately in 
loose-leaf form.  I liked that format, because I had a notebook where I combines 
the GCR, FCS, and my car notes.  Now I carry around the notebook and a much 
heavier book with lots of stuff i don't need.  Oh, well...]
