Julie - sometimes you can be so serious!  I also give the new Runoffs tech
procedures a big "thumbs up".  As always, Mike Runyan was great, but the
"roving" inspectors did make me a little uncomfortable, especially when they
busted me for my steering wheel being above the front roll hoop.

We'll let you be Chairman of that movement, Cory. If you do decide to 
peruse it I would suggest you pick your Tech workers carefully. I think 
Rusty would have been more diplomatic had it been one of the senior tech 
workers but this was one of the rovers who, as I understand it, harassed 
a number of people during the week. One of those who 'heard' things then 
went out to throw his weight around a little. Fortunately, most of the 
Tech workers we came into contact with during the week were far more 
interested in helping the drivers than they were in criticizing the 
cars. Our opinion of the new tech procedures was very positive! I hope 
that in future years they continue to employ the method they used this 
year and have helpful, intelligent workers assigned to groups which they 
are familiar.
