No.  The biggest determinate in fitting into a formula car, any formula car,
is shoulder width.  Wide shouldered individuals will have trouble with the
'normal' formula car widths.  That being said the tube frame cars can be
modified will minimal trouble to fit most anyone.  Some cars are built with
roomier cockpits than others.  Sidewinder's and Novakars have bigger
cockpits than Red Devils or the KBS and it's QRE Invader clone.
