[F500] Mikuni round slide throttle stick warning

The lack of problems previously may have been because he'd never had the car
wide open that long before.  The course on Sunday was the fastest I ever
remember running.  Easily 10 seconds of full throttle for my 440 on the
front stretch (on a 34 second course).  It made the Ft. Worth tour I ran a
couple of years ago look tight :-)
