[F500] Tours and motors

Road racers need larger jets because they spend al their time wide open. 
With our short straights we can jet leaner. I'm not at all convinced 
that there's power to be gained by leaning these motors out so I run a 
pretty conservative jet setup of 270's. My EGT's only get to about 1000 
degrees max, but I sleep well.

PS: The two Vees that were added to the entry list aren't going to be 
able to make the Tour. Saddly Jon Billingsley now has to work. That's a 
shame because he's pretty fast this year and it would have been good to 
see him do well.
