[F500] Chain and sprocket question

Due to some transitory misalignment (I finally solved my "brake"
problem), I'm in need of a new rear sprocket and chain.  The question
is how do I tell what kind of chain I have (530, 550, etc.)?  Are
there specific things to measure so I can tell? What kind of chain is
best (DID or RK?  O-Ring, X-Ring, "normal" non-oring?) Where can I get
the chain online?  Where can I get the large sprocket (66 tooth for
autocross) online?
