clutch set-up

 o k guys need a little help here   running a rotax, polaris drive & driven
final drive 3.05  but cant get the last 20 % out of the clutch  driven using
the blue spring and 53g  engine rpms running in the 74 - 7800 range   the
driven using the blue spring inital pull on the driven 12lbs  36o helix  the
drive belt topmax 1105   alignment  & shaft ctrs all ck out   so what r we
doing wrong?
